Shipping

Most items are shipped using Australia Post via Standard Australian Parcel Post service. *Note Bulky Items including Skis and Poles exclusion. Based on purchase total the rates below apply.

Bulky items charge is $35.00

Purchases less than $150.00 attract a $15.00 shipping fee (bulky items excluded).

Purchases over $150.00 ship for FREE (bulky items excluded).

For any packages over a metre in length eg. Skis and Poles and bulky items. We will ship via Star Track Express.
Shipping to an address where the receiver can sign for the parcel is best e.g work / place of business or where someone is home during work hours to receive the parcel.

International customers please be aware that shipping skis and poles either to Europe or the US is incredibly expensive, we are still trying to source a cost effective method of doing this, we will advise rates when we find a suitable option. All other purchases will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail Service. Please contact us for weight and postage costs.

Returns

If you’re not completely happy with the product you have purchased please contact us. You are welcome to return most (see exclusions below) products to us within 30 days of the original purchase. We are happy to exchange items for a different size or even an alternate product as long as the alternate item is in stock. You are also entitled a refund on the purchase price of returned goods (excluding freight).

Items are to be returned with a copy of the proof of purchase.

Items are to be returned in new, unused and a re-saleable condition including tags in place and in its original packaging.

Cross Country Skier is not responsible for the cost of shipping or any other charges associated with any return of goods.

Exclusions Ex demo, Ex hire, Special Orders and Clearance items are not able to be returned for a refund on the purchase price but an instore credit will be offered if the return is for a “change of mind” by the customer.

Warranties

Where there issues with a product purchased please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in getting the item returned for assessment by the products agent or representative. We wish to help you get back outside and enjoying your gear. Emails and photos of the issue will help to assist in speeding this process up.
